An opportunity for an IT Analyst to join a global supply chain organisation, providing hardware and device support to users across various sites. This is an exciting time to be joining as they undergo a period of growth and change.
Your role:

Hardware and software support
Configure and deploy laptops, tablets etc.
IT asset management
End-user access management
Escalate issues to 3rd parties when required
Ticket management via ticketing system, phone and email
Ownership of project work
Experience to success:

Minimum of a year or two's experience in an IT Analyst role
Proficient providing hardware support
Familiar with Microsoft applications
Knowledge of VMWare
Worked with WAN/ LAN networks
Driving licence - ok with ad hoc travel to different sites across the UK
Strong people skills - able to work with people at all levels of the business
