Production Manager / Manufacturing Manager / Production Supervisor / Manufacturing Supervisor to join a manufacturer based in Towcester, Northamptonshire.

The Production Manager / Manufacturing Manager / Production Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day production management of the manufacturing shop floor, whilst managing a team of 10 to 15 Technicians.

This would suit someone with proven experience as in production management experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate a team of 10-15 Technicians and Supervisors to achieve production goals.
Oversee production schedules, work order updates, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.
Implement quality control measures and monitor product standards.
Maintain accurate records and use ERP systems (e.g., Epicor Kinetic) to generate performance reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide training for staff.
Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency and modernisation.
Assist with operational tasks during peak times or staff shortages.
Site based in Towcester, Northamptonshire.Requirements:

Experience as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor or similar production management background
Proven experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Experience in process improvement, automation, or modernisation initiatives is highly desirable.
Proficiency in ERP systems (Epicor Kinetic preferred).
Commutable to site in Towcester, Northamptonshire
