Job Title: Sales Manager - Pet Foods Industry

Location: Scotland
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + Company Car + Commission

We are currently looking for a dynamic sales professional with experience within the Pet Foods industry.

About Us: We are a leading supplier of high-quality pet foods, including fish food, dog food, and cat food. Our products are sold through a variety of channels including pet shops, retailers, rescue centres, and more. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products that contribute to the health and happiness of pets across Scotland.

The Role: As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across your territory in Scotland. Your role will involve:

New Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
Account Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
Market Insights: Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adapt and refine our approach.
Product Knowledge: Representing our diverse range of products, including fish food, dog food, and cat food, with a deep understanding of their benefits and features.
What We're Looking For:

Industry Experience: Proven experience in sales within the pet foods industry is essential.
Commercial Acumen: Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Relationship Building: Excellent account management abilities with a focus on nurturing long-term client relationships.
Territory Management: Ability to effectively manage and drive sales across a defined territory.
Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence is required as the role involves travel across Scotland.
