You will manage transactions from inception to completion, ensuring a high standard of service and compliance with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of residential conveyancing files efficiently and effectively.
• Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and handling exchange and completion processes.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders to progress transactions smoothly.
• Providing clear and timely advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner or similar role within a legal environment.
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and client-focused approach.
