About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to undertake asset capture surveys on a healthcare site in Manchester. This is a short-term contract offering flexibility and the chance to work with cutting-edge asset capture software, Mobiess, to ensure accurate and efficient data collection.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct detailed asset capture surveys on the healthcare site.

* Use Mobiess software to document and manage asset data.

* Assess and record the condition and lifecycle requirements of site assets.

* Work collaboratively with the client to ensure the accuracy of captured data.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in building surveying, ideally in asset management or healthcare environments.

* Familiarity with asset capture processes and condition assessments.

* Proficiency with Mobiess or similar asset capture software (training can be provided for those with comparable experience).

* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.

* Availability to complete the project within the specified timeline.

Contract Details:

* This role falls Inside IR35. (Rates to include umbrella uplift)

* The project duration is approximately 6-7 weeks
