About the Role

• Ensure the team meets its financial and technical objectives, including KPIs and chargeable hours
• Provide supervision to team members and progress through the competency framework to achieve a financial authority/increase in financial authority

About the Right Applicant

• At least 2 years experience in law costs
• Experience with either claimant or defendant costs
• Experience in management would be advantageous
