Property Litigation Solicitor/Associate – Bristol 

My client is a leading commercial law firm that is consistently recognised as one of the best law firms to work for and highly ranked across legal directories. It is actively looking to hire a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team that has gained major new clients and high-profile projects. 

The Role

• You’ll advise a wide range of clients across public, private and third sectors
• Handle property litigation cases in UK courts and tribunals
• Provide strategic contentious property advice outside of litigation
• Work on cases that have influenced or clarified property law
• Advise on Building Safety Act 2022 matters and residential leasehold management

What experience is required?

• Qualified solicitor with strong property litigation experience circa 3PQE+
• Excellent technical expertise, drafting and legal analysis skills
• Experience in mentoring junior colleagues and delegating work
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills
• The ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines
