About the Role:

The Head of Finance will play a critical role in managing the financial operations within a manufacturing business, driving efficiency, cost control, and strategic growth. Experience Required:

Professional Qualification: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.

Demonstrable experience in a senior finance role within the manufacturing industry, with specific experience in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial controls.

Leadership: Proven leadership experience managing finance teams within a production or plant environment, fostering collaboration with operational departments.

Commercial Acumen: Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, procurement, and their financial implications, including working capital management.
