Associate Solicitor - Banking

Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £55-70k DOE and PQE level
Working pattern: Flexible hybrid working

Key Responsibilities

* Working on cases ranging from early stage investment to large scale refinancing deals.

* Client base includes private equity firms, venture capital funds, retail banks, IFAs, family offices, and HNW/UHNW individuals.

* Cover a variety of financial sectors, including banking and finance matters for institutional and private lenders.

* Ensuring clients get the best advice that is technically sound and gives a competitive advantage.

Experience and skills required

* 5+ years PQE within in a transactional banking team.

* Technically strong and possess complex problem solving capabilities.

* Good communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to engage with clients both existing and new.
