About the Role:

As a Secondary DT Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in Design and Technology to students at Key Stages 3 and 4.
Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to inspire and challenge students.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking.
Collaborate with colleagues to promote cross-curricular learning and contribute to the school's DT curriculum development.
Participate actively in school events, extra-curricular activities, and professional development opportunities.Qualifications and Skills:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience as a DT Teacher in a UK secondary school setting.
Strong knowledge of the UK DT curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective classroom management skills with a focus on fostering a positive learning environment
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
