Role:

We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager with strong leadership capabilities looking for a step up or a seasoned FC looking for a new challenge.  This is a unique opportunity to influence strategic decisions and lead initiatives that drive both financial and operational success.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimise financial systems, ensuring accuracy.
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Analyse performance and provide strategic insights.
Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and regulations.
Oversee sales invoicing, VAT returns, and payment processes.
Collaborate with teams to achieve company objectives.
Lead audit processes and work with the Finance Director on system improvements.
The Candidate:

Experienced in presenting management accounts to senior leadership.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office.
Relevant accounting qualification preferred (CIMA, ACCA).
