Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all weddings and events, liaising with the General Manager to ensure our guests needs are met.
• Be a true ambassador for Butcombe Pubs, passionate about our brand and the local area.
• Work closely with our guests and internal teams to deliver memorable events and experinances, meeting all requirements with precision.
• Proactively drive new business, follow up on all leads, and support key projects throughout the seasonal calendar.
• Conduct venue show-arounds, promoting our services and offerings.
• Monitor and review all enquiries, ensuring smooth communication with the General Manager.
• Full responsibility of our reservations desk and team.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in event sales or coordination is a must.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a talent for motivating and managing teams to achieve targets.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to executing flawless events.
• Familiarity with social media management.
• Marketing expertise.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Hours of Work:

• Full-time role, 48 hours per week.
• Sunday to Saturday availability, including some evening and bank holiday shifts.
