We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator for a leading company in the field of highway electrical assets maintenance and installation. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join a company that takes social responsibility seriously and is determined to support society in accelerating towards to Net Zero.
ROLE: Administrator
LOCATION: Slinfold, West Sussex (RH13)
SALARY: £26,000 per annum
JOB TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: Full time, 37 hours per week, office based.
The Role as an Administrator:
* Creating Job work packs
* Inputting timesheets.
* Input of data into various systems
* Raising purchase orders and invoicing
* Provide administrative and customer service support to our lighting departments.
* Internal and external customer service
The Successful Candidate for this Administrator role:
* Previous experience in Facilities Management.
* Great communication skills
* Experience in working in an administration role.
* Proficient in a range of IT systems
