We are looking for an Administrator to join our team at our home located in Crosspool, Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional with strong IT skills and an understanding of compliance. You will oversee administrative systems, support the Home Manager, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, with reception support available.
What You Will Be Doing
- Managing administrative systems, including resident agreements, payroll, recruitment, and compliance.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Supporting the Home Manager with administrative tasks and regulatory requirements.
- Handling enquiries and providing excellent customer service to residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring smooth communication and coordination between different teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with great attention to detail.
- Good IT skills and proficiency in using databases and office systems.
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally within healthcare or a regulated environment.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory processes.
- A professional, approachable, and efficient working style.
