* Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on a range of commercial projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.
* Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations, safety standards, and best practices in the industry.
* Collaborate closely with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to meet deadlines and achieve key project milestones.
* Conduct thorough testing, inspection, and certification of electrical systems as required, ensuring systems are fully operational and compliant.
* Provide expert technical support and guidance to both clients and colleagues, addressing any electrical issues or concerns that may arise.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and issues, offering effective solutions and ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing work.
* Maintain accurate documentation of all electrical work, including timesheets, materials used, and any other relevant records.
* Prioritize and follow all health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others on site.
* Work effectively as part of a team, offering support to other trades and contributing to the overall success of the project.
* Hold a valid Gold ECS card.
* Proven experience as an Electrician, with a strong background in commercial electrical installations.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (essential).
* City & Guilds 2365 or an equivalent electrical qualification (desirable).
* Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, fault-finding techniques, and relevant industry standards.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* A full UK driving license is required.
* A keen focus on safety, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of work
