T A Knox formed in 1962 is a family run dynamic and innovative interior fit-out company dedicated to transforming spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. With a commitment to excellence and a focus on delivering high-quality projects, we are seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of interior fit-out projects.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to oversee and manage the execution of our interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

* Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out projects.

* Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workforce.

* Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.

* Conduct regular progress meetings and report updates to the Project Manager.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

* Ensure all works meet project specifications and quality standards.

* Implement and monitor quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

* Maintain accurate project documentation, including site reports and logs.

Health & Safety

* Ensure a safe working environment and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.

Client & Stakeholder Management

* Serve as the main point of contact for clients on-site.

* Address and resolve any site issues promptly to maintain positive client relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in interior fit-out or construction projects.

* Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and methods.

* Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., NVQ, SMSTS, CSCS).

* Health and Safety certifications are an advantage (e.g., First Aid, NEBOSH).

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

* Proficiency in project management software and tools is desirable.
