The Role


This role requires a proactive and commercially minded solicitor to handle a broad range of commercial matters. Responsibilities include:

  • Advising clients on a variety of commercial law matters, including contracts, business sales and acquisitions, commercial agreements, and corporate governance.
  • Managing your own caseload independently with minimal supervision.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Supporting business development initiatives to expand the firm's commercial offering.
  • Collaborating with senior colleagues and contributing to the strategic growth of the department.
The Ideal Candidate


To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be a qualified Commercial Solicitor with experience handling a varied caseload.
  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in commercial and corporate law.
  • Be a self-starter, capable of working independently and taking initiative.
  • Possess excellent client care, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Show a keen interest in business development and firm growth.
  • Have aspirations to step into a partnership role within the next six months.
