Role: Development Technical Lead

Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Development Technical Lead with expertise in C# .NET, Microsoft Azure, and Agile methodologies to lead the design, development, and optimization of cloud-based solutions within an Agile team. You'll oversee the development process, ensuring that solutions meet performance, security, and cost goals while fostering a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Agile team in designing and implementing Azure-based solutions using C# .NET, ensuring documentation and best practices.
• Drive Agile processes, team collaboration, and quality standards within the team.
• Serve as the technical lead across teams, supporting seamless integration of applications and tools.
• Make strategic technology and design decisions for secure, compliant, and cost-effective Azure architectures.
• Continuously optimize Azure solutions for performance and cost, aligning with Agile principles.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Expert knowledge of C# .NET, Microsoft Azure, and Agile development frameworks.
• Proven experience in leading Agile teams, designing cloud-based architectures, and optimizing solutions.
• Strong decision-making skills in technology selection, design patterns, and risk management for secure, compliant solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile collaboration, cross-functional teamwork, and continuous improvement.
