Are you an experienced CNC Programmer looking for an exciting opportunity? Our client is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join their team based in Coventry. This role involves programming, setting, and operating CNC machines and Kuka Robots to meet daily production targets.
* Annual Salay: £35,000
* Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30, Friday 08:00 to 13:00

The Role:
As a CNC Programmer, you will:
* Programme and operate CNC machines and Kuka Robots
* Ensure daily production targets are met
* Implement Lean Management, support 5S, and TPMs
* Adjust machine settings to optimise production while maintaining quality
* Consider tools required to cut materials and programme machines accordingly
* Troubleshoot and resolve machine/robot issues as they arise
* Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning and TPMs
* Train new employees on CNC machine/robot operation
* Read and interpret technical drawings and design models
The Candidate:
* Experience and good working knowledge of Power Mill
* Experience with Openmind Hypermill Software
* Knowledge of composites and their manufacturing processes
* Basic knowledge of race cars and road cars
* Minimum of 2 years working within the F1/Motorsport/Automotive industry
* Proficiency with Fanuc 3 & 5 axis control systems
* Experience with 3-axis Fusion 360 CAM software.
