Summary:
The Rental Coordinator is responsible for providing customer support and coordinating all aspects of the rental process for engineering equipment, from initial inquiry to final checkout. This includes processing rental requests, preparing rental agreements, and managing inventory. The Rental Coordinator must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must have excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
* Process rental requests and prepare rental agreements
* Manage inventory and track rental status
* Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve issues
* Work with other departments to ensure a smooth rental process
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* 1-3 years of experience in a rental focused role (tools, cars, machinery)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
