The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding the team to efficiently deliver high-quality software products and platforms. This role requires strong leadership in agile methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitating the planning and execution of agile practices.
• Mentoring agile teams to deliver high-quality software following lean-agile principles.
• Collaborating with project managers and sales teams on product/project roadmaps.
• Overseeing the coordination of development sprints, removing barriers, and mitigating risks.
• Tracking progress, managing dependencies, and monitoring velocity/productivity metrics.
• Leading daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Communicating updates, priority shifts, and changes proactively to stakeholders.
• Managing project tools such as Jira Software and Jira Service Desk.
• Ensuring all development output meets the required quality standards.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban).
• Strong servant leadership skills.
• Technical background with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching abilities.
