Hyperion Partners is working with a leading Housing Association to recruit an experienced Head of Planned Maintenance. This is a key leadership role overseeing planned, cyclical, and capital works programmes, ensuring residents live in safe, high-quality homes.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead the Planned Maintenance Strategy - Develop and deliver effective planned, cyclical, and capital works programmes.
✅ Budget & Compliance - Manage multi-million-pound budgets while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
✅ Supplier & Contract Management - Work closely with contractors and service providers to drive performance, efficiency, and value for money.
✅ Resident Engagement - Ensure tenants are consulted and informed, minimising disruption and improving satisfaction.
✅ Data-Driven Asset Management - Utilise stock condition data to inform investment and prioritise maintenance programmes.
✅ Senior Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement - Work alongside executive teams, local authorities, and external partners to shape and deliver housing strategies.

What We're Looking For:

🔹 Proven experience in planned maintenance, asset management, or property services within social housing.
🔹 Strong knowledge of housing legislation, compliance, and building safety regulations.
🔹 Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing contractors.
🔹 Commercially astute with a track record of delivering cost-effective and high-quality maintenance programmes.
🔹 Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
🔹 Relevant qualifications (e.g. RICS, CIOB, HNC/HND in Construction, Asset Management, or Building Surveying) are desirable
