Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

Location: Edgbaston Village, Hagley Road
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively generate new business through B2B sales and outbound sales calls.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs.

* Confidently deliver presentations and conduct client meetings.

* Build and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in cold sales and outbound sales in a B2B environment.

* Strong presentation and client-facing skills.

* A proactive and ambitious sales approach with the ability to close deals.

* Experience in managing client meetings and nurturing client relationships.
