Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

Salary: Up to £28,000

Hours: 40 hours per week

Our client, a well-established Montessori nursery, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team. This role involves providing high-quality care and education while fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• Experience working in an early years setting, preferably within a Montessori environment.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and child development.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children's development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework and Montessori principles.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and individual needs of each child are met.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Observe, assess, and document children's progress, contributing to their learning and development plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with the nursery team to uphold best practices in early years education.
