Salary: £35000/annum

I am proud to be working with a CQC 'Good' rated Domiciliary Care provider in Leeds. I'm supporting this client on their search for a Registered Manager. The perfect applicant will have experience of managing a Domiciliary Care service previously, having dealt with the day to day challenges that come with Home Care.
 
Salary package:

£35,000 + performance related bonuses.
33 days annual leave. 
Registered Manager Responsibilities:

To have overall responsibility of the service, reporting to the Director.
To maintain and build on the company's relationship with the Council and CHC.
To lead on marketing the service.
To manage the branch's compliance.
To manage clients' care packages and to be responsible for ensuring high standards for their ongoing care.
To manage the development and retention of all care staff.
To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC's Essential Standards. 
Applicant Requirements:

Must have a minimum 2 years' experience as a Deputy Manager within a Home Care setting/Supported Living/Care Home setting.
Must have achieved or be actively working toward a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
Must be a driver.
