Job Ad: Assistant Site Manager - New Build

Position: Assistant Site Manager
Location: Newcastle, Tyne and Wear
Rate: £27 per hour
Duration: Ongoing

The Role

As Assistant Site Manager, you'll work closely with the Site Manager to ensure smooth project progression and exceptional standards. Your responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing day-to-day site activities and managing subcontractors and trades.

* Ensuring construction work is delivered to high quality and safety standards.

* Assisting with CML processes (Completion of Mortgage Lenders).

* Monitoring progress and addressing any project challenges promptly.

* Upholding site health and safety standards in line with current regulations.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience working on new build residential developments.

* Knowledge of NHBC standards and CML handover processes.

* Strong organizational and communication skills to manage site operations effectively.

* Valid SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification.

* A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
