Hybrid Working Private Client Partner – Solicitor, Legal Executive or Lawyer

What will you do? 

• Handle a full & broad private client caseload
• Manage complex estate administration (with agricultural & business elements)
• Will Trusts, Deeds of Appointment and Variation, again with an estate administration focus
• Managerial responsibilities: to include leading a division within the Private Client department, managing one of the firm’s branches
• Potential to supervise, mentor & coach other members of staff including trainees (if you enjoy this!)
• Continue to develop and enhance the firm’s already very good private client reputation
• Your clients will be of mixed wealth, to include those of a high-net-worth nature – experience of this is beneficial, but certainly not essential

What will you need? 

• To be an experienced private client solicitor or legal executive
• At least 4 years’ private client experience under your belt already
• Any exposure to agricultural/business/significant financial investments would be great, but not essential
• STEP membership an advantage, but not essential
• To be a real team player and enjoy working in a collaborative manner 

This role will ideally be offered on a full-time basis, but do get in touch if you are looking for a part-time role.
