Our client Primary School are committed to providing first class, high-quality early years education and care and are looking for talented, motivated Early Years Practitioner/ Teaching Assistant to join them from ASAP!

Location: Work as part of a Primary school in the Colchester area of, Essex
Are you dedicated to shaping young minds and creating a nurturing environment for children to grow and learn? Have you worked in a Nursery but would now like to work in a Primary School setting? Or perhaps you are currently working in a Primary School, but looking for a new challenge in a positive and happy place to work?

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality care and education to children in a Reception class
* Help to plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support each child's unique needs.
* Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
* Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements:

* Experience in Early Years Education preferred
* Passion for working with young children and supporting their development in the foundation stage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships.
* Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Relevant experience in an early years setting is preferred.
