Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing: Develop and deliver impactful marketing strategies across digital, social media, print, and event channels.
• Market Research: Identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities through competitor analysis and market insights.
• Brand Stewardship: Align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring messaging is consistent and compelling.
• Campaign Ownership: Manage social media platforms, create promotional campaigns, and oversee marketing collateral to strengthen the brand’s presence.
• Performance Analytics: Analyse campaign data to optimise strategies and report on successes to inform future initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrable experience in a similar marketing role.
• Experience in the kitchen and bathroom industry (advantageous but not essential).
• Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing tools.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and balance competing tasks.
