An independent Cost and Project Consultancy are looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their collaborative team in Liverpool.

The Quantity Surveyors' role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have the chance to work on an exciting portfolio of high-profile new build projects, primarily within the residential and housing sectors.

In this role, you will deliver both pre and post contract services, with a key focus on Employers' Agent.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience within a niche area of Quantity Surveying, with excellent scope for career development.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will ideally be a career-driven individual with a RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying.

• MRICS or actively working towards APC
• Residential experience is beneficial
• Previous consultancy experience
• Employers' Agent experience is beneficial but not essential
