A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Principal Town Planner to join a multi-sector Town Planning and Architectural Design Practice in Buckinghamshire.

This dynamic and forward-thinking team of specialists work collaborateive in securing planning consents for clients across the UK, the majority of which are homeowners, corporate organisations, housing associations, and local business, and advise on developments of all types and scales, from challenging domestic matters to major residential projects.

Due to an ever-growing pipeline of exciting projects, they team are now looking for the support of an experienced Principal level Planner. We are ideally seeking candidate with private sector experience, however public sector candidates are also encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be MRTPI chartered (or eligible) and will have a strong knowledge of planning regulations and policies. You will be an excellent communication, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills!
