This is your chance to work on bespoke residential projects, designing high-end solutions like Home Cinemas and Smart Home systems. With hands-on training and mentorship, you'll be in a prime position to progress into senior and leadership roles as the company expands.

The Person:

• A degree or experience in Mechanical Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or construction design, or a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Strong interest in Modern AV
• Motivated to learn and grow, with ambitions to progress into senior roles.
• A collaborative team player with a strong attention to detail.

The Role:

• Assisting in designing AV and smart home systems, including floorplans, schematics, and cable schedules.
• Supporting the creation of client proposals and accurate as-built documentation.
• Collaborating with senior designers and project teams to refine solutions.
• Preparing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) documentation with guidance.
• Learning about the latest AV and smart home trends to develop your skills.
