Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Hourly Rate: £12.50

40 hours per week

We are seeking a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our inclusive and diverse early years team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for young children to thrive. The Nursery has several age specific rooms, all well-equipped and designed to a high standard. The large garden has plenty of space for children to explore and learn, from a kitchen to a messy play area.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above.
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the early years setting.
• An understanding of safeguarding procedures and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive activities to support the development of children aged 0-5 years.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care.
• Work in partnership with families to provide a high standard of care and education.
• Support the observation, assessment, and planning processes to meet the individual needs of each child.
• Uphold and promote the setting's policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety.
