• A history of consistently achieving or exceeding targets, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.

• Consistently meet or exceed targets and KPIs, driving success for yourself and the team.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand and fulfil their recruitment needs.
• Utilise your network and various sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
• Provide expert guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, providing valuable insights and advice to clients and candidates.
• Support and mentor junior consultants, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
