The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assess & underwrite mortgage and BTL applications in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
✔ Deliver accurate, timely decisions while balancing risk and customer service.
✔ Liaise with brokers, solicitors, and internal teams to ensure smooth case progression.
✔ Identify and mitigate risk, ensuring responsible lending.
✔ Contribute to policy and process improvements, driving efficiency and best practices.
✔ Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and supporting professional growth.

About You:

We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented underwriter with:
