Exciting Opportunity: Commercial & Industrial Development Manager (Solar)

Are you an experienced solar development professional seeking a new challenge? A leading renewable energy business, backed by a major European investment group, is looking for a Commercial & Industrial Development Manager to join their UK team.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in identifying and securing new C&I solar prospects across the UK, including rooftop, carport, and ground-mounted installations. Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and analyzing new project opportunities. • Managing stakeholder relationships with landowners, industrial clients, and local authorities. • Overseeing the entire development lifecycle from feasibility studies to permitting and pre-construction. • Structuring Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and other financial models in collaboration with clients and the finance team.

Key Requirements: • 3-5 years' experience in solar project development (rooftop or ground-mounted). • Strong background in project management and business development. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and engage with key stakeholders. • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
