About the Role:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Residential Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm. Our client is looking for a skilled and proactive solicitor to manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters while delivering first-class client service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a full range of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
- Managing files from instruction through to completion, ensuring seamless client communication throughout.
- Conducting title investigations, drafting contracts, reviewing legal documents, and liaising with third parties such as estate agents and mortgage lenders.
- Ensuring compliance with AML regulations and other legal requirements.
- Providing high-quality legal advice while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Supporting junior team members where required and contributing to the ongoing growth of the department.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 2 years’ PQE in residential property law.
- Proven ability to manage a broad range of freehold and leasehold transactions independently.
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, land law, and contract law.
- Excellent client-facing skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using case management systems and digital conveyancing platforms.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
