My client are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join them on a full time, 12 months FTC. The successful candidate will be based out of Sheffield and will have a commercial background, with the ability to work in a fast past environment and be technically strong.

Description

• Support and influence the development and delivery of financial plans and budgets
• Provide financial expertise and advice to support decision making
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in the not-for-profit sector
• Participate in financial audits and implement audit recommendations
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements
• Contribute to the development of the company's financial strategy

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Experience in financial planning and analysis
• A strong understanding of financial regulations and standards
• Excellent financial reporting and forecasting skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Job Offer

Full time role + Hybrid working (2 days in the office) + 12 months FTC with the possibility of moving over to a permanent contract + Paying £40-45,000.
