Job Description:

Actio Automotive recruitment are seeking a motivated and customer-focused New and Used Vehicle Sales Executive to join our Bristol based main dealer clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, a proven track record in sales (inside or outside of the motor trade), and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers in selecting suitable new and used vehicles based on their needs and preferences.

* Conduct vehicle demonstrations, including test drives, to showcase features and benefits.

* Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing options with customers.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory, industry trends, and competitors.

* Follow up with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships and drive sales.

* Prepare and process all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales.

* Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.

* Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar sales role.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.

* Full UK driving license.
