A highly regarded secondary school in East London is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) teacher to join our dynamic team. The Role:
We are looking for an MFL teacher with experience in teaching either French, Spanish, or German at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to inspire students, nurture their language skills, and build their confidence in both speaking and writing. The role involves creating engaging, culturally rich lessons that motivate students to explore new languages and develop an understanding of global perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality MFL lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Teach French, Spanish, or German to students across various proficiency levels.
Inspire and engage students in language acquisition through interactive and immersive teaching methods.
Track and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their best.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the MFL curriculum and participate in school-wide language initiatives and trips.
Stay current with language teaching methods and integrate new approaches to keep lessons fresh and relevant.About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in teaching MFL at secondary level, with a specialty in French, Spanish, or German (multiple languages a plus).
A genuine passion for languages and culture, with excellent communication skills.
Enthusiasm for inspiring students to appreciate and learn new languages.
