• Successful candidates must have a strong understanding of the Landlord and Tenant Act.
• Liaise with counsel.
• Understand Proclaim case management system.
• Extensive housing disrepair experience is necessary.
• Keep up with legislative changes.
• Must be organised and work to deadline.
