Temp to perm opportunity Favourable day shifts Warm friendly team An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and hardworking administration assistant to join a busy friendly office. This is initially on a three month contract with the potential to become a permanent position.An established manufacturing business based in Tamworth. The successful candidate should be a dedicated individual able to provide reliable administration support and take on the following duties.Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30-17:00Friday 8:30-16:00Pay: £11.44- will increase with experience30 minute breakMain Duties of our administrator clerk role include:
  • Answering and making telephone calls
  • Maintaining good customer service communication and relationships
  • Post - incoming and out going
  • Processing customer quotes and orders with meticulous attention to detail, training will be provided in using the necessary software
  • Processing credit card payments
  • General administrative tasks
Personal Attributes
  • Friendly, polite and enthusiastic
  • Bright out going confident telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
Desirableexperience
  • Ideally you will have previous experience as an office administrator, although this is not essential
  • Have a working knowledge of Windows operating system
  • Be competent with Microsoft Word and Excel and have general computer skills
