Customer Solutions Associate
Starting salary of from a minimum of £23,540 - depending on experience.
Combined annual bonus and incentives up to 30% of annual salary.
Location: Leeds, Thorpe Park, Hybrid working.
Start date: 2nd December
Shift pattern: Full time shifts 37.5 hours per week, between 9am to 18.30, with rotational Saturday.
28 days annual leave, with the option to buy 5 more.

As a Customer Solutions Associate, you'll be the ear that listens to our customers financial struggles, and the voice that guides them through it. It's hard work, with a real focus on listening skills, making sure we achieve the right outcome for our customers whilst working towards KPI's. It's not for everyone, but in this role, you can make a real impact on peoples' lives.

Demonstrable skills of supporting customers
Great listening and communication skills
To be a people person and have an empathetic ear.
Resilience and ability to work towards and exceed targets.
Enthusiasm, passion, and dedication to achieve business and personal goals.
Previous contact centre experience is desirable.
Experience working in a regulated environment is also desirable.

A starting salary of from a minimum of £23,540 depending on experience
Pay increases. Including on passing probation at 6 months and reviewed again at 12 months.
A performance related quarterly incentive bonus and a discretionary annual bonus for a job well done, earn up to and additional 30% of your annual salary.
