Requirements: - Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN): Must hold a valid NMC PIN.
- Experience in Dementia Care: Prior experience in dementia or similar care settings is preferred.
- Clinical Proficiency: Skilled in medication administration, health monitoring, and care planning.
- Strong Communication Skills: Capable of interacting compassionately and effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
