Your New Job

Our client is a leading innovative hydraulic systems company, who are seeking a new and ambitious Sales and Technical Support Administrator. In this varied position, you will prepare all quotations for customers and ensuring their specifications are accurate and when required, consulting with the team to rectify any anomalies. You will sort and input all data onto the organisations ERP system and ensure all shipping details and updates are accurately in line and all customers are updated. Other elements of this role include raising POs, storing all important documentation securely and providing exceptional customer service at all times.

To Ensure Your Success

You will have experience administratively and technically supporting sales personnel, distributors, and customers. The position is supported and collaborates with the sales, admin, technical and production team at the Head Office. You will be an excellent communicator, who is highly organised and can also prioritise workloads. Being technically savvy would be highly preferred.
