• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Legal team.
• Assisting in the management of legal projects and tasks.
• Coordinating with various departments within the company.
• Ensuring legal documents are accurately maintained and updated.
• Assisting in the preparation of legal reports and presentations.
• Managing timelines and schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive company information.

Profile

A successful Legal Project Administrator should have:

• Qualifications in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• High level of proficiency using Microsoft 365 applications, including (but not limited to) Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Salesforce & Docusign knowledge preferable
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good understanding of the Technology & Telecoms industry.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
