Temporary Caretaker/Handyman - £12.60 ph - Aberdeen, AB24

Weekly Pay - PAYE - Immediate start 

We are looking to recruit an experienced caretaker/handyman for our PBSA client in Aberdeen.

The client are looking for a temporary member of staff for minimum of 2 weeks.

Your role is to assist in all maintenance related duties which can include:

Undertaking reactive Maintenance tasks to high quality standards including basic plumbing, joinery, and carpentry where necessary.
Some painting and decorating - mainly snagging.
Moving furniture and heavy items across the buildings.
Putting out bins
Health and safety checks
The perfect candidate will have:

Proven experience of undertaking repairs and maintenance in a domestic residential environment or as a general builder/residential construction in the following trades: plumber, electrician, or carpenter.
Work well as a team or individually.
Awareness of Health & Safety requirements.
Positive attitude and ability to use initiative.
Helpful, friendly with a professional manner.
