HartleyCo have partnered with a Legal-SaaS business who are searching for a Software Trainer to maintain and enhance their best-in-class customer onboarding experience.

Ideally you will have a legal application background but that is totally desirable, we will look at any candidate who has a proven track record of training users on SaaS platforms.

You will spend the initial part of your career with this business developing your knowledge of the product until you know it like the back of your hand. Then, and only then will we bring you in on training our clients, giving them refreshers, masterclasses and live Q&A's.

Overview:

·Evaluate the effectiveness of current training programs and make continuous improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.

·Develop and deliver customised training programs

·Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.

·Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and webinars for diverse audiences, including end-users, administrators, and technical staff.

·Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and analysis of job functions.

·Provide post-training support and mentorship to ensure successful onboarding

This business is based in the midlands but the role is fully remote apart from twice a year… xmas party & summer party, so you can come to the office on just those days or every single day - whichever you'd rather
