The Job you will do:

* The Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining and seeking new clients

* Pricing / preparing jobs and submitting tenders and framework agreements.

* You will travel to client sites and produce site surveys and presentations to win new business.

* Submitting tenders and framework agreements

* Maintaining and enforcing health and safety guidelines.

* Monitoring the performance and productivity of employees and teams

About you:

* Previous experience in signage sales/management is essential

* Flexibility for national travel is required

* Previous experience in submitting tenders and framework agreements is required

* Analytical skills and ability to make sound business decisions.

* In-depth knowledge of operational deliverables and processes.

* Good mechanical aptitude with strong IT and technical skills.

* Ability to develop strong partnerships with internal teams implementing best practices throughout the business
