Qualifications - Valid UK NMC Pin and RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification
- Proven experience in mental health nursing, with strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices
- Leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to mentor and motivate a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing holistic care to individuals with mental health disorders
- Maintaining accurate documentation of patient care and treatment interventions
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies

Responsibilities - Assessing, planning, and implementing individualized nursing care plans for patients with mental health disorders
- Leading and supervising a team of nurses and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient treatment plans
- Providing emotional support, guidance, and education to patients and their families
- Maintaining accurate and complete patient records and reports
- Adhering to professional standards, regulations, and best practices in nursing care
